1. Service Agreement

By booking any service with AJ Professional Cleaning Services Ltd., you agree to the terms outlined here. These terms apply to all residential and commercial cleaning services provided by us.

2. Bookings and Scheduling

​

  • Services can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by us.

  • We aim to be punctual. If delays occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Access to Property

​

  • You are responsible for providing access to the premises on the scheduled date and time.

  • If cleaners cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply.

  • Keys and alarm codes should be provided safely, and we will treat them with care and discretion.

4. Payment Terms

​

  • Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or invoice payments (for regular clients).

  • Invoices will be sent upon completion. Late payments may incur a fee.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to emergencies, staff illness, or unsafe working conditions.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

​

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will return to fix the issue at no extra cost.

  • This applies only to the originally agreed areas and tasks.

7. Health & Safety

​

  • We use safe, tested cleaning products. If you have allergies, pets, or specific health concerns, please inform us in advance.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is free of hazards (e.g., unsecured pets, wet floors, broken furniture).

​

8. Liability and Insurance

​

  • We are fully insured for public liability.

  • We will take all reasonable care when cleaning your property.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not securely fixed.

  • AJ Professional Cleaning Services Ltd. will not be responsible for accidental damage valued under £250 (our standard insurance excess).

9. Client Responsibilities

​

  • Please ensure the property has running water, electricity, and access to waste disposal.

  • Valuables should be securely stored. We are not responsible for cash, jewelry, or important documents left in open areas.

  • Feedback is always welcome and can help us improve.

10. Changes to Terms

​

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
